Sales Campaign for an E-Commerce Agency

Recursive Lead Generation campaigns on Facebook to target Business Owners in Surat region.

Project Result

We created and optimised facebook lead generation campaigns for BMS, a B2B ecommerce management agency, in the span of one month to generate more than 200 leads. 
The campaigns were a success and resulted in arranging more than 30 business meetings and 5 client closures in the Surat region.
Some of the key strategies that we used were:

1. Defining the target audience: We made sure to target only those individuals who were likely to be interested in the products and services offered by BMS.

2. Creating compelling ad copy: We made sure that the ad copy was attention-grabbing and persuasive enough to get people to click on it.

3. Offering a free trial: We offered a free trial of the BMS ecommerce management system to those who clicked on the ad. This helped to increase the conversion rate.

4. Targeting the right geographical location: We targeted only those individuals who were located in the Surat region, as this was the area that BMS was looking to expand into.

5. Continuous optimization: We continuously monitored and optimized the campaigns to ensure that they were performing at their best.

Challenge

The main challenge was to make the firm relevant and to get a lot of people to see it, taking into account the assumed conversion rates for similar markets. 
We had to be creative, strategic, and consistent to attract the same.

A few challenges we faced and overcame

1. Not enough reviews

Since we were a new firm and had not yet garnered enough reviews, we had to come up with creative ways to get people to write reviews. We used a combination of emails, popups and social media to encourage customers to write reviews.

2. Low conversion rates

Since we were a new firm, our conversion rates were lower than the industry average. We worked on improving our website and making it more user-friendly to increase conversion rates.

3. Lack of awareness

Since we were a new firm, we had to work extra hard to create awareness about our brand and get people to visit our website. We used a combination of online and offline marketing techniques to reach our target audience.
