How Biz499 Agency carried it out
-
Discovery & Strategy: We held sessions with TAF leadership to understand the organisation’s heritage, audience (community members, cultural participants, sponsors), and key website goals (awareness, membership growth, event promotion, media archive).
-
Design: We developed a visual style that honours Telugu culture (use of appropriate colours, imagery of cultural events, clear fonts), while ensuring usability and modern feel.
-
Development: The site was built on a flexible CMS allowing TAF to update events, media and membership info themselves. We ensured mobile responsiveness, fast load times and accessible layout for broad audience.
-
Content & UX: We structured navigation so visitors can easily find “About”, “Events”, “Membership”, “Media”, “Contact”. We highlighted community-engagement features (sponsors, join us) and integrated social links.
-
Testing & Launch: We tested across devices and browsers, verified mobile UX, checked event listing and media gallery functionality, and launched with training for the TAF admin on how to update content.

Challenges & Solutions
-
Balancing tradition with modern usability: TAF needed to reflect rich cultural heritage while maintaining modern web standards. We combined culturally-relevant imagery and colours with contemporary layout and UX patterns.
-
Event & media volume: With frequent community events and lots of media (flyers, photos), we structured the CMS and media galleries for efficient updates and organized archives for past events.
-
Making membership & sponsorship clear and engaging: To help TAF grow community involvement and sponsors, we created clear CTA placements and simplified the sign-up/sponsor process in the UI.
-
Accessibility & mobile audience: Community members may access from older devices or smartphones. We ensured the site is responsive, text is readable, navigation is intuitive and performance is optimised.
Success & Impact
-
The website now provides the Association with a professional digital presence that aligns with their mission and fosters community participation.
-
Clear navigation and structured content make it easier for members and visitors to find event information, join, or become sponsors.
-
A flexible CMS empowers TAF to add new events, media and membership info independently, supporting long-term engagement.
-
The improved site increases trust and credibility among both members and potential sponsors, helping TAF build momentum in its cultural outreach.
