• If you cancel your project more than 48 hours before it is scheduled to begin, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your project less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to begin, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• Once the project has commenced, the full project cost becomes non-refundable.
• In certain cases, we may allow rescheduling of the project depending on resource availability.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original source of payment only.
• No refunds are issued for completed services, delivered digital products, or third-party expenses such as domain or hosting fees.
• Partial refunds may be granted in cases where only a portion of the project has been completed.
