Cancellation Policy

Biz499 Marketing Solutions ("us", "we", or "our") provides digital marketing services to clients like you. We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel a project that you have already scheduled with us. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• If you cancel your project more than 48 hours before it is scheduled to begin, you will be refunded in full.
• If you cancel your project less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to begin, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
• If you cancel your project after it has already begun, you will be charged the full amount of the project.
